StampsGather sells DIY decorations and pet-themed Christmas tree ornaments.

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors may appear different depending on your screen settings, lighting, or device. Any approximate measurements or variations will be identified where relevant. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Unless expressly stated in the product listing, decorative products are not intended to be used as children’s toys or pet chew toys. Follow all product instructions and keep small parts, strings, and packaging away from children and pets where they may present a hazard.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices and the applicable currency are displayed on the Website. Shipping charges, taxes, and other charges collected by us will be shown before you complete your purchase.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it may be submitted to a competent People’s Court in Shantou, Guangdong Province, China, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This provision does not restrict any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim before another competent court or seek assistance from a consumer protection authority. Contacting us first is not a condition of exercising those rights.
