1. Scope
These Terms apply to the use of www.stampcarts.com and purchases made through the Stampcarts store.
“Stampcarts,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator and seller conducting business through this website.
Our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy explain the corresponding purchase arrangements. Our Privacy Policy separately explains personal-information processing.

2. Eligibility
Purchases must be made by an adult aged at least 18 who has legal capacity to enter the transaction.
You must provide accurate order information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.
3. Products and Safety
Review each product’s description, dimensions, included components, recommended age, and warnings before purchase.
Screen settings can affect color appearance, but this does not excuse materially inaccurate descriptions or the supply of a different product.
Use toys according to their instructions and age grading. Stop using any product that appears damaged or unsafe.
Safety instructions do not exclude our obligations concerning defective goods or non-waivable consumer rights.
4. Prices and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices and checkout charges are in U.S. dollars.
Applicable shipping charges, taxes collected by us, discounts, and the total payable are displayed before payment.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may impose separate currency-conversion or international transaction charges under its own terms.
5. Orders and Availability
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order.
If a stock issue, payment problem, address issue, or genuine listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and explain the available options.
We will not increase a confirmed price or substitute a materially different product without your agreement. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel and refund it.
6. Shipping
We deliver to supported U.S. addresses.
Estimated processing is 2–3 calendar days, followed by 10–12 calendar days in transit, for an estimated total of 12–15 calendar days.
Standard shipping is free for merchandise subtotals over US$49.99 after discounts, excluding taxes and shipping.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel before dispatch. We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation may no longer be possible once an order has shipped.
Eligible voluntary returns must be requested and dispatched within 30 calendar days of purchase, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Rights concerning delayed dispatch, non-delivery, defective goods, and other legally required remedies remain available independently of ordinary change-of-mind returns.
8. Intellectual Property
Website materials and product-related content may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Rights remain with their respective owners. You may not commercially exploit protected materials without authorization or another lawful basis.

9. Reviews and Customer Submissions
If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it and make reasonable formatting changes without changing its meaning.
You retain your rights in your submission. Do not submit unlawful content, content you lack permission to share, or unnecessary personal information about others.
We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or condition an entitled refund or other remedy on removal of an honest review.
Private customer-service correspondence is not permission to publish a testimonial.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the website for fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious code, or interference with website operations.
We may take proportionate measures to address misuse, subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.
11. Third-Party Services
Independent payment providers and other services may apply their own terms.
Our use of carriers, payment providers, or other service providers does not remove our responsibilities as the seller.
12. Warranties and Liability
Any additional commercial warranty will be described on the applicable product page or in the supplied documentation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory warranties or consumer guarantees.
Nothing limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, product liability, or other matters where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
13. Disputes and Applicable Rights
We seek to resolve customer concerns through clear communication and a fair review of the available information.
Email Serve@stampcarts.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and your preferred resolution. You may provide additional information and request further review if you disagree with an outcome.
Contacting us does not prevent you from using a payment-provider dispute process, contacting a regulator, or bringing proceedings before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
Applicable mandatory consumer protections, including relevant U.S. federal and state protections, remain unaffected. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or an exclusive foreign-court requirement.
14. Changes and Severability
Updates apply prospectively. The terms applicable when you place an order govern that order unless a lawful change is separately agreed.
A later update does not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
